At this fast growing young sustainable company, I had the opportunity to fine-tune and help out in various areas:
Organisational: Together with the owners of studio JUX, I created a process improvement plan. I set up an internal as well as an external soft manual featuring the guidelines and how-to’s of the company. In addition to that, I trained junior developers and interns.
Creative: I designed part of the collection to a given brief, provided material recommendations and was involved in color selection. After the designs were sketched, I prepared Illustrator drawings and color-ups for the sales books.
Technical: I tackled recurring fit issues and created a series of fit blocks to maintain fit consistency throughout the seasons. I set up a new grading system to provide good fit across all sizes. Additionally I developed the main part of the collection, trims and product ID by tracking and reviewing samples and keeping the technical sheets updated.
